The biggest problem you have is that you think you shouldn't have problems (Tony Robbins)

Confession: I'm still working on my "problem muscle" and lose patience sometimes but it does feel like something that's getting better and as time goes by I'm learning to take things more easily.
Some problems along the way:
1. We bought a house that took ten months to renovate and we barely made any money on it. The truth is, we just now found a buyer at a price significantly below what we expected and the deal still hasn't closed.
2. Our lawyer almost screwed up an amazing deal because he simply "didn't have time for us." Does not answer the phone, does not return emails.
3. We had leads in the system who shouted: "Buy the house from me at a discount" and my employee did not pass them on as a hand. I missed at least 3-4 transactions during this period while I was investing money in Avdat and Data. a lot of money
4. For 6 months we failed to bring a single deal. (The first six months)
5. A week before closing on a million dollar deal, our contractor announced that the negotiation we did on the price did not suit him and he would rather not do it ($5,000 interest starts to tick and there is no one to do the work).
6. Two weeks before we close on the same deal, the lender suddenly withdraws and is ready to lend less money than we agreed before. Although the valuation was much higher than what we bought. So now instead of bringing in $90K from home we brought in $130K
7. After half a year of inquiries, plans, money that we gave to the mobile home seller last week, he decided that he had had enough and he is not ready to solve the problem of the title "and he found another buyer" which he has no problem with. He owes us $2,000 that we gave him as a deposit.
Recently, houses no longer move on the market at a fast pace and you have to work much harder to sell them.
We all have problems in life.
In the economic field, some of us prefer to solve the problem through savings and downsizing (by the way, there's nothing wrong with that! It's perfectly fine).
But for those of us who aspire differently. Those who want financial independence and dream big. Keep in mind that there are also movies on the way.
Problems are part of the journey and unfortunately they cannot be avoided. What is possible is to minimize, prepare, learn how to avoid, and improve in how to solve them.
