Interview with the entrepreneur of the week - Yaron Yitzhak - real estate investments in the United States

Very nice, I'm Yaron Yitzhak, 37 years old from Jerusalem, married to the love of my life Lee and father to Emily who teaches me every day anew where my heart is.
And there is also another member of the family with a tail and four legs named Chika.
First, I would like to thank the forum administrators Lior Lustig and Avi Ben Mordechai for all the knowledge and value they provide in the largest American real estate forum in Israel and for the opportunity to give back and share a little of my experience as well.
To the places - high school - get out!!!
There is a lot of talk here about the mindset and how important it is in the world of real estate, business and in every aspect of our lives, but not everyone knows that a correct mindset requires daily training 24/7 such that if in its place you were training in the gym (and eating right?), you would very quickly no longer recognize yourself in the mirror
So as you have already understood, in the following posts I will focus a little on the subject of consciousness and the right motivation to ride this roller coaster called real estate/business and I will also share my experience as a real estate entrepreneur in the last 4 years.
Unlike a lot of people with entrepreneurial stories since they were children, I don't have such stories, even the complete opposite,
Money has never interested me and certainly not the world of real estate.
I was born and raised in an amazing family in Jerusalem and since I can remember, I have always been intrigued by nature and I really loved animals.
I would watch National Geographic shows on loop all day and just be amazed.
After the big trip (a whole year in South America with my little brother Shlomi and a bunch of monkeys, see a picture for illustration), I decided that what I most want to do with my life, is to learn about baboons and in the end also engage in it.
So I studied a degree in biology at Tel Aviv University and at the same time I also combined work at the zoological garden of the university with Capoeira training for children's groups.
After completing my degree, I started working as a microbiologist, with a salary that does not exceed minimum wage, and that's where my entrepreneurial path began, or at least the realization that I needed to take action and start finding an additional source of income in order to "buy" myself a more comfortable life and, above all, time, and I began to learn about real estate in Israel.
Very quickly I was involved in real estate studies in the USA in the Project X program, which I heard about from a client of my wife's, and I began my journey as a real estate entrepreneur in the field of flips.
Today I do WHOLESALING in the states of Missouri and Kansas in collaboration with my brother Shlomi Yitschak and in my DAY JOB I serve as a consultant to the state on seawater desalination.
In the coming week I will share with you the path I went through, the successes, the failures, the good, the bad and one transaction without compensation?.

Dealing with pressures and changes in the real estate world

What's going on an expensive group? So this week I'm getting into the big shoes of "Entrepreneurs of the Week," thanking Lior on stage. So in a few words about me and us, I am a co-owner of SafetyTint, having been operating for the past eight years in Orlando, Florida as a real estate agency for local and distant investors. This week I will start with a post slightly different from my regular content, the topic is dealing with pressures and changes…
