Hello friends

So very pleasant, my son's name - married to Marina and father of three children, today live in the Golan Heights until a year ago in Rishon Lezion.

As someone whose social networks are completely out of his comfort zone,

I do not quite believe I agreed to take the opportunity to write here,

Is the knowledge that the creativity and knowledge I have gained can advance those who are in the early stages of entering the real estate world and I hope that what we go through together in the coming week will give everyone who reads the urge to jump into the deep water of the real estate world.

At the age of 16 - right after I finished reading the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" Real Estate Entrepreneurship began to fascinate me,

One of our neighbors then wanted to sell the apartment and for some reason it terribly intrigued me,

I felt there was an opportunity here and started researching the topic…

Of course I did not have money then but I did everything I could to help others hear about the opportunity,

What happened in the end is that the same apartment was purchased by a couple of entrepreneurs who created in a short period of time created a nice profit for themselves…

13 years later,

I started 2013 with the decision that this year I am buying an apartment for myself!

I finished that year after making my first real estate deal,

One I entered with a sea of ​​motivation!

About the first deal I made as a student without equity and the deals I made in the US I will tell you about everything in detail in the following posts during the week

The first deal is the one that whetted my appetite for more and after that came the desire to open up more markets,

And when that happened I started to grope a bit and my brother who knew I like real estate came to me with two tickets to a conference of Robert Shemin where I also signed up for a course (Project X) It's always good to get shortcuts from experienced people…

In the meantime - if whoever reads these lines is at the exact same point today-

Without equity but with a lot of motivation,

It is important to me that you know that it is possible and depends solely on your decision and your desire to explore and learn…

In recent years real estate has helped me get free,

Freedom that is not freedom from work (because real estate is totally fun work!) But freedom of action -

One that sent me and my family to build us a flexible lifestyle, with the possibility to work from anywhere at any time regardless of frameworks (even the children without a framework because I want them to have freedom of thought and action)…

And the dear investors I accompany today are just like us, the ones who have worked hard for every penny and want through real estate to produce freedom of action!

Now I would love to hear from someone who is familiar with the concept of “Honor Finance” (owner financing) and is it possible or not possible to do it in the country and why?

Friends thank you all very much for the encouragement in the previous post, fun to read such feedback from people with such experience !!!
This year I'm buying an apartment
So as I mentioned my real leap into the real estate world I did in 2013 which started with the decision that this year I am buying an apartment for myself.
I still did not know how? With what money?
But yes I knew I wanted to and I had a lot of motivation and stubbornness to explore and learn.
In those years there were not so many forums like this,
If there was I did not know…
My environment did not support the idea so much either
It seems to me that almost everyone including the parents were in the market “from my worst idea”.
So everything is done by talking with professionals and banks including market analysis…
So after research and conversations I realized that it is largely possible to buy an apartment without equity with another loan from the bank, and I guess most of you are familiar with this…
