When you persevere, things happen

When I was little I enjoyed going through dog books and learning by heart all the existing breeds, I loved animals very much and I had a penchant for looking for scorpions under stones. Not just like that on the road on a picnic with the family, but I would go with my grandparents to the woods *especially* to look for scorpions - yes, a strange boy ????.
I would pick up a stone and another stone and another stone until I found a scorpion, I would be excited haha.
When I was a little older, I could sit for hours on YouTube and look for special songs. And when I danced breakdancing for 6 years, I learned complicated movements without giving up even though it was difficult for me (especially since I was already 1.80 cm then haha) until I got them.
Ever since I was little I looked for things that were hard to get (although I never got them easily) and I wanted so much to get the goal that I didn't mind spending hours, days, months and even years for it.
Looking back, I notice that there is a recurring motif here of a desire to look for things that are hard to get without giving up, and I got to thinking that this is a trait I bring with me without paying attention to real estate as well.
As I told in the previous posts, my path in the world of real estate began in April 2020 and the first yielding property I purchased was in April 2022 - Peking two years later.
There were ups and downs but I continued and I continue to persevere in activity even when it's not my daily job and when you can make a thousand and one excuses.
Friedrich Nietzsche once said: "He who has a 'why' to live for, will be able to bear almost any 'how'."
My 'why' is divided into 2 - strategic and tactical:
Strategic - refers to the larger goal of how I see my family's life and mine in X years and what is the monthly amount I need to live this life and a plan for reaching this goal.
Tactical - refers to the here and now and why I am drawn to do this on a daily basis:
1. Dealing in American real estate improves my English, which has been a weakness of mine since I was little.
2. Real estate is constant work with people and I like working with people.
3. Every time something succeeds there is a supreme feeling of self-sufficiency precisely because real estate is not something that people actively deal with.
4. American real estate is an ocean of interesting and creative possibilities that keeps me curious and shows me how much the sky is the limit.
This. this was me.
I appreciate the opportunity that Avi Ben Mordechay and the group managers gave me and thank everyone who read, commented and was interested. This is not obvious at all!
And I want to say a huge thank you to dear Nofar Amitay, if she hadn't supported, stood behind me and believed in me throughout the journey, it just wouldn't have happened.
I am available on Facebook, Instagram eliran_amitay and LinkedIn and am open to collaborations or sharing and consultations for guys who are at any stage of their real estate process.
Have a nice weekend everyone!
In the picture - my original dog book and a scorpion that remind me what perseverance is ????
