As a kid, I used to remember dreaming big. From a young age, instead of admiring singers, I would look at people who have reached greatness and formed huge companies or who have succeeded greatly, as mentors for life - and these characters have paved the way for me to continue my life. At the age of 8 I started learning programming. At the age of 15, before the Internet age, I already had an array of 5 computers connected to modems and telephone lines and I set up BBS - Bulletin Board System - a database of messages and file exchange and information that was the primitive Internet of yesteryear - with this system I started selling computers and computer parts. With the money I made, I became interested in and invested in real estate because I realized that all the wealthy people in the world have real estate holdings. I remember that already at the age of 16 I was standing in the living room next to the dial telephone that was attached to the wall and I was interested in the lands in Binyamina. I also have to this day a binder of articles I have collected since the age of 13 regarding real estate, for example the impact of the future train from Tel Aviv to Rishon Lezion on real estate prices in Rishon Lezion, which at the time was considered a distant periphery.
