As a child, I remember myself dreaming big. Already at a young age, instead of just admiring singers and actors, I would look at people who reached greatness and founded huge companies or who were very successful, as life mentors - and these figures paved my way of doing things for the rest of my life. At the age of 8 I started learning programming. At the age of 15, even before the age of the Internet, I already had a set of 5 computers at home that were connected to modems and telephone lines and I set up a BBS - Bulletin Board System - a database of messages and the exchange of files and information that was the primitive Internet of old - with the help of this system I started selling computers and computer parts in all parts of the country . With the money I made, I became interested and invested in real estate, because I realized that all the wealthy people in the world have real estate holdings. I remember already at the age of 16 I was standing in the living room next to the dial telephone that was attached to the wall and I was interested in land in Binyamina. Also, I still have a binder of articles that I collected since the age of 13 regarding real estate, for example the effect of the future train from Tel Aviv to Rishon Lezion on real estate prices in Rishon Lezion, which at the time was considered a distant periphery. In Israel, in parallel with my work in technological projects at the Ministry of Defense for a decade, and the establishment of a Yazkor website in memory of the fallen of Israel's wars, I founded my first startup company in 2006 while studying for my master's degree in business administration and computers, and began studying and working in the field of real estate while purchasing properties from receiverships throughout the country .
