At Hagai's request, he writes here briefly how I obtained the phone numbers of potential motivated sellers.
Obtaining property addresses + owner name using PropStream software (for a fee). There are other sites like http://www.listsource.com.
2. Performing ship tracing (finding the details of the property owner - number, email and more, depending on demand). You can do this in several ways - a) with the help of PropStream (a little more expensive) b) various sites (datafinder, REIskip and more), c) with the help of freelancers who offer it as a service (fiverr, Facebook groups).
