I'm a local Tampa Bay investor and I'm looking to purchase 5 properties ASAP! The properties have to meet one of these following criteria's-
1. We have to be able to purchase the properties at 70% of what the current market value is, minus any repair cost. For example, If a home is worth $100,000 and needs $10,000 in repairs, we would have to purchase it for $60,000.
If you have these types of properties and need to unload them quickly or just would like to make a quick 5-10K assignment fee for not doing really doing much, heck you can make 20K for all we care, as long as we can make them work in our formula, please send them to us.
OR
2. If you have a property where the Seller is willing to take some money down upfront (10%-20%) and receive the rest in payments, then please send those to us as well
