[WA] רוצה לקנות קרקע ולשים בית טרומי קטן על זה, אבל אין לי מושג איפה להתחיל או מה השאלות לשאול.

היי לכולם. אני כל כך חדש בזה שאני אפילו לא בטוח אם זה

היא הזכות subreddit לכתוב את זה פנימה אני כבר זז מסביב

את הרעיון של רכישת חלקת אדמה, לשים על הבית טרומי קטן על

זה, ולהשתמש בו כמו בית נופש להשכיר אותו על Airbnb

כאשר אני לא משתמש בו.

לאחרונה שאלתי על שתי פיסות קרקע שמצאתי

באינטרנט, ויש לו שיחות לוח הזמנים עם מתווכים ביום שני כדי לדון

כל אחד מהם. שניהם די שונים. האחד הוא על דונם ב

מגרש גולף, השני הוא 20 דונם של קרקע מפותחת לחלוטין

על נהר. הם בערך באותו מחיר.

מה אני אפילו שואל את המתווכים האלה כאשר הם מתקשרים אלי? אילו סוגים

של דברים שאני צריך לשקול על כל העלילה? הסתכלתי למעלה

מחירי להפעיל שירותים, ואת המחירים של סוגי בתים אני

מסתכל על הקרקע, אבל חוץ מזה אני פשוט לא

אפילו יודע לאן

[WA] Want to buy land and put a small prefab home on it, but have no idea where to start or what questions to ask.

Hey everyone. I’m so new to this that I’m not even sure if this

is the right subreddit to post this in. I’ve been tossing around

the idea of buying a piece of land, putting a small prefab house on

it, and using it as a vacation house and renting it out on Airbnb

when I’m not using it.

I recently inquired about two pieces of land that I found

online, and have calls schedule with realtors on Monday to discuss

them each. They are both pretty different. One is about an acre on

a golf course, the other is 20 acres of completely undeveloped land

on a river. They are about the same price.

What do I even ask these realtors when they call me? What types

of things should I consider about each plot? I’ve looked up the

prices to run utilities, and the prices of the types of homes I’m

looking at putting on the land, but aside from that I just don’t

even know where to begin.

Anything I can learn from you experts will be a win for me.
