I’m looking for a buyers agent in a small market. There are two
agencies that list a large percentage of the types of properties
I’m looking for. Would it be a good idea to get an agent in one of
those because they know the market and might know of properties
that aren’t listed yet or should I be worried about conflicts of
interest?
