I ended a conversation with RM about investing in Houston, Texas.
This is a 36-month deal, purchase of land and building permit construction sale
I wanted to hear a little more details from you:
1.What interest do you usually get on these kinds of transactions? (I haven’t asked them for a full business plan yet).
2.To what end are these transactions considered safe?
3.What details can I check independently before entering into such a transaction?
