Property abroad and insolvency in Israel.
Unfortunately due to the coronavirus, I am forced to begin bankruptcy proceedings.
There’s a property in my name in the U.S. that I’ve never actually withdrawn money from the U.S. here, I don’t have an American bank account either.
Is there access to the Insolvency/CSR Commissioner any access to the aforementioned property? I tried to ask a number of lawyers and no one gave an unequivocal answer.
Is there anyone who’s come across this/heard about it?
