Hey, are there people here who are investing in land that has not yet been developed ... with an emphasis on agricultural lands in Israel that are close to residential neighborhoods and therefore have the potential to change the target for residential training?
I understood that there is a trend now to invest in this country. This is a long-term investment without a monthly flow at the moment but can be very worthwhile.
I'd love to think so. ???

Many times, moves to advance a plan (before it is submitted) are done in strict confidence that is not told to everyone.
I would love to hear from the experience of people here who bought from commercial companies that marketed agricultural lands (and not a purchase with a friend who knows someone, etc.) that the land has been redeemed up to 12 year from the date of purchase.
