Correct me if I'm wrong,
If I am not a resident of the United States, I can not get a loan on account of an existing property, a "small" loan of 100K for ten years at an interest rate that is less than 6%?
(Of course the property is worth a lot more)
I know that you can get loans at an excellent interest rate (relatively…) through the group, but for 30 years, and I do not want for such a long period.
Has anyone run into loans for shorter periods like 10 years?
And further to the question - is it possible to get good terms for a loan if I bring an evening that is American with excellent credit?
