Lior has over a decade of experience managing tech projects in Israel, including for the Ministry of Defense, and moved to Manhattan in 2010 after launching a startup in e-commerce and real estate. With years of experience as a broker and mortgage officer in NYC, he gained deep expertise in the US real estate market. He specializes in analyzing complex real estate investments and has helped secure financing for both local and foreign investors, especially in single- and multi-family properties.

Lior leads a network-based lending system where clients fill out one simple form, and brokers handle the rest—saving time and maximizing deal opportunities. He currently serves as Director of IT for two major NY firms and continues to improve lending workflows through technology.
