In the regular track, you will work with a forum member with one or two years of experience who will help you fill out the documents, but in the premium track, you will receive Lior and all team members.

It is important to remember that the cheaper the lender, the busier it is, so in most cases you will receive the more expensive offers first, so we will recommend to you at what point we have received all the offers from the lenders that we know are particularly relevant to your type of loan.

While in the regular track you only receive the offers by email and with one team member and have to choose the offer that suits you without consultation, in the premium track you will work with a WhatsApp group with our team members to receive a quick response all day until the financing is closed.

Possibility to enter the tender without a contract

Possibility of receiving a Pre Approval letter
Premium members can receive a Pre Approval letter that allows them to start submitting offers. This letter is required by real estate agents to see that you have the financial ability to purchase the deal and that you are approved by a bank to receive a mortgage.
Reduced and fixed deposit
Premium members benefit from a reduced \$2,000 deposit instead of 2% of the loan amount. This deposit is fully refundable after closing. Additionally, if interest rates increase by more than 0.25% after appraisal but before closing, the deposit will be refunded immediately—no questions asked. A major advantage over the regular route.
Maintaining the price of membership
In the premium track, once you have entered the track at a certain price, that price will remain for you as long as the subscription is active and will renew once a year at the same price. Once you cancel the subscription, additional membership will be at the list price only.
Possibility to carry out an unlimited number of tenders
While in the regular track each auction costs you $150, in the premium track you can make an unlimited number of auctions throughout the year (for different properties).
