• The service does not include:
  • $50 per person BOI Report submission – this is a mandatory submission without which you cannot open a company.
  • State fee – varies from state to state
  • Registered Agent – $100 per year 

The documents you will need to send us::

Opening an American company LLC :

1. A passport photo of the future company owner or the authorized signatory on the account and each partner.

2. Registered agent address – The address To which letters will be sent. Usually it will be the address of the management company. If it is not possible to give the address of the management company. You can use our address for a cost of $200 per year. We will scan any mail that comes in and send it to you by email.

3. Three possible names for the new company – the reason for providing multiple options is to ensure that the names are not taken and are legal

4. A written explanation of who the partners will be in the company and in what percentages

The time to open a company is approximately 7 business days to open the company (there is no commitment on opening time).
The waiting time for the EIN number is usually approximately two to three weeks.

If the company is not opened for any reason, the amount will be refunded, excluding expenses to third parties incurred during the process and which cannot be refunded.
