בהחלט איזור יקר אבל השכר הממוצע באמזון יהיה 150 אלף דולר בשנה שזה בהחלט מספיק לממן רכישה של נכסים באיזור, והעובדים יגורו בכל רחבי קווינס ועדיין יש איזורים בקווינס שהם בהחלט סבירים במחיר. יש גישה נוחה עם הסאבווי. לא היה מהלך כזה אף פעם בהסטןריה של ניו יורק. מדברים על זה כל היום בחדשות. ישנה את כל קווינס
