5. Wrap-Up and an Invitation to Say Hello

Many thanks to Naor Gozlan for the opportunity and invitation to be a guest here.
It’s been such a pleasure to be part of a group where people openly share their experience and genuinely support one another. I really enjoyed sharing my journey and hope I was able to offer a meaningful perspective and real value. I truly believe that real estate is, above all, a people business—and the topics I chose to write about reflect that belief.

So what did we cover this week?

⭐ Building a network and an environment that encourages action
⭐ Finding a partnership that truly fits
⭐ What to do when motivation is low
⭐ Is it worth planning an on-site visit?

I chose topics that I believe can be relevant to people at different stages of their journey. In this final post, I’d also like to briefly share what our day-to-day activity looks like.

Yam and I focus on value-add and rental property projects, with an emphasis on maximizing equity, primarily in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area.

As part of our work, we invite investors to join us for meetings where we walk through and learn about every stage of a specific deal together—deep deal analysis, selecting financing that fits the strategy, conversations with our local team, renovation planning and management, and more.

What we offer:
• End-to-end guidance for investors looking to acquire income-producing properties in the U.S.
• Debt investments – fixed interest, secure, for a predefined term, under excellent conditions.

If you have questions, would like to consult, or want to learn more—feel free to reach out, we’d be happy to connect:
