Paz Group was founded in 2006, at a time when real estate prices in Israel were at a historic low. The company began its journey by purchasing apartments in Petah Tikva for as little as 500,000–600,000 shekels, renovating them, and renting them out.
Thanks to the low prices and favorable financing conditions, the company quickly expanded its activity, acquiring numerous properties not only in Petah Tikva but also in Givat Shmuel, Ramat Gan, Herzliya, Netanya, Bnei Brak, Jerusalem, Be’er Sheva, and Haifa.
Today, Paz Group owns hundreds of thousands of square meters of residential apartments, office spaces, storage units, and more.
In 2009, following the subprime crisis, the company broadened its scope and launched a real estate acquisition campaign in the United States, which continues to this day. Paz Group has raised capital from over 500 investors and now co-owns hundreds of residential real estate assets in Orlando and Jacksonville (Florida), Cincinnati and Cleveland (Ohio), and Rochester (New York).
With the purchasing power of hundreds of new and returning investors, and with the full backing of Israeli banks, the company continues to acquire real estate on a daily basis—both in Israel and in the U.S.

Company Founder – Yariv Paz
Yariv Paz, 45, has been active in the real estate industry for over 12 years, and is considered one of Israel’s leading real estate entrepreneurs, with extensive experience in both the Israeli and U.S. markets.
He has been operating in the U.S. real estate market since 2009. Today, Yariv personally owns dozens of properties in Israel and the United States and is a partner in hundreds of additional properties across the U.S.
His current focus is on real estate investments in New York, Ohio, and Florida.
To date, Yariv has launched 12 investor groups for purchasing residential properties in the U.S. and has personally guided hundreds of investors through property acquisitions both individually and in group investment formats.
Yariv also manages the “U.S. Real Estate Investment Forum” on the Israeli platform Tapuz, and frequently appears as a commentator in major financial media, including Globes, TheMarker, and a weekly expert column on Bizportal, where he shares insights on U.S. real estate investing.
In addition, Yariv is a sought-after speaker, regularly delivering lectures, workshops, and real estate courses at Ziv Haft (BDO) Business School, the Technion, and various academic institutions throughout Israel.
