    אנחנו עושים Vacant Home Insurance. רוב החברות הגדולות לא מבטחות בתים לפליפ אבל חברות מקומיות בהחלט כן.
    אנחנו משתמשים בחברת Tepco

    ‏לא יודע ספציפית לגבי אינדיאנפוליס אבל אני עושה builders risk לחצי שנה ועושה התאמות אם צריך.
    אם זה שיפוץ גדול הביטוח ההתחלתי יהיה מחיר הקניה ולאחר כמה חודשים אעלה אותו למחיר המכירה
