התייעצות. גדר מצריכה תיקון יסודי עקב התיישנות החומר נכס מ2006 האם לתקן את הנדרש ב680$ או החלפה כוללת ב1100$? אציין כי השנה הנכס הספציפי הזה מייצר המון תיקונים…מצורפות תמונות ששלחו לי חברת הניהול. צירפתי 3 ההתכתבוית לחוות דעת.

The rear portion of the fence is old, deteriorating and needs repair.
The cost to repair the fence is $680. This will include:
install 11 metal post
repair 10 wood fence panels
replace 6 broken pickets***

2nd vendor recommends is that we replace (as there is significant rotting) the 50ft of fence instead of repairing the wood panels and use 6 metal posts. His price is $1200.
3rd vendor agrees with replacing instead of repairing and will do the same for $1100.

Based on the feedback from 2 vendors repairing the fence would only be a temporary fix considering the age of the fence as well as the amount of deterioration, The probability of replacement in the near future is high.

$1100 לכל הגדר??? זה זול בטירוף! טוס על זה
אם מחליפים את הכל כולל עמודי הפוסט – אז יאללה – להחליף את הכל – זה אחלה מחיר
מאון לאון דיברתי שוב עם החברה זה רק החלק האחורי של הגדר ולא כולה. גם לתקן זה בסדר כנראה נלך על תיקון ינסו להוריד את הספק במחיר
ברור שלהחליף אם זה כל ההפרש
Are they replacing posts as well as fence sections for $1100? if so, that’s a good price.
ענית לעצמך נראה לי… תהיה גדול בכסף קטן ותחליף את הגדר.
