Hey dear community! I’m excited to be your Entrepreneur of the Week.
I’m Dan, married to Tanya (my full partner in life and business) and father to my sweet son, Dean. I’m the owner of ECLIPSE CAPITAL, along with my dear partner, Tomer Yaakobi. We specialize in guiding investors to build real estate portfolios in Texas.
How did it all begin?
My journey started deep in the real estate field in Israel. For years, I guided investors in deals in the south—Dimona and Be’er Sheva. I knew every street, saw prices skyrocket, but also saw how the returns eroded, and the ability to grow just stopped.
I realized that the reality in Israel limits the ability to build a true, long-term income-generating portfolio. I understood that if I wanted to change my family’s future, I had to recalculate my course.
The decision that changed everything:
After nights of learning, training, and research on the U.S. market, I reached the moment of “now or never.”
I made the decision: I took my wife, all the money we had saved through hard work, and we boarded a plane. ✈️
We didn’t go for a vacation. We flew to Texas to learn the market on the ground: Open houses, meeting local professionals, creating connections with wholesalers, and building our business framework from scratch.
The turning point that birthed the company:
I met someone who became my partner—a fellow Israeli who has been living and breathing the construction world in Texas for years! 🏗️
The connection was immediate: His experience in construction and on-the-ground operations, combined with my strategic knowledge of guiding investors. Together, we founded a company that not only ‘finds properties’ but also manages the entire operation from start to finish—because we live the field from both sides of the ocean.
