What is required to check before investing in real estate?
Hello friends, are you interested in investing, hear offers from all directions, everyone succeeds? Everyone failing? How do we know with a good investment?
So I’m going to try to give you here some tools to test.
1. Proven and successful business model – check what the business model of the investment is and whether it makes sense to you.
2. Motivation for the success of the entrepreneur within the model – check what happens with the entrepreneur at the end of the project.
3. The entrepreneur is invested himself – whether the developer is part of the project or is selling and going.
4. Track record of managers – experience and seniority and reputation.
5. What our counterparts say – look for information from competitors, other companies in the same field and more.
6. Financial statements and payment history – check past debt profitability, etc.
7. Legal likelihood – what is in the contracts is everything they promised anchored in the contract.
True, it’s not easy to check everything out, but this way you’ll avoid aggravation later on.
