From Israel to Los Angeles – Into Real Estate.

Like many good stories, mine also started with a small step.

I boarded a plane from Israel to Los Angeles, with a suitcase, hope, and a real desire to rebuild myself.

I started from scratch. No family around, no safety net – just me, a lot of determination, willpower, belief, and hard work. The sky isn’t the limit – it’s just the beginning

I worked for 10 years at a wholesale company, and quickly found myself advancing, managing the company, and making a lot of sales.

I got married, had kids, and working so many hours in the office and flying to work locations became impossible.

That’s when I decided to get my real estate license.

I also earned my General B Contractor license and became a Notary.

I immediately jumped into the deep end of the market and quickly realized that this isn’t a world where you “wait for opportunities” – it’s a world where you create them.

I began this journey out of curiosity. There was something about the passion of searching for properties, understanding markets, talking to people, and helping them fulfill their dreams – it pulled me in deeply. But over time, it became much more than that.

I build a lot of new construction and get involved from the planning stage. If there are any issues or things with the city, I resolve them directly with them. It’s also very important to know City Codes.

The big money is in the square footage of the house – that’s where the profit is.

Flipping homes in Los Angeles today can make between $150,000 to $200,000 in a 3-6 month timeframe.

With new construction, profits can exceed a million dollars per project. Of course, you need more capital to invest, but there are solutions for this, like certain loans, which I can help with.

When I walk into a house, I see the potential, plan the renovation, complete the flip – and sell for a nice profit. It’s exciting every time.

But what matters most to me is sharing this knowledge. Not keeping it to myself.

Because I believe anyone can succeed in real estate – if they just have the right tools and the courage to take the first step.
