Property Management – It’s Serious Business

Success in real estate starts — and sometimes ends — with property management.
Owning a commercial property means choosing to be actively involved, and it’s definitely not passive income.
I actually love managing the business, even though I’m not the one dealing with tenants directly.
I have a team that handles that, and I make sure things are run the way I expect them to be.
Over my 13 years as a property owner in the U.S., I’ve come to a conclusion:
Only I can truly manage my properties the way I want.
Why? Because I’ve worked with 11 different management companies in different states — and every single one disappointed me.
So I built my own amazing team, and I’m grateful for their work every single day.
(Even on the days they drive me a little crazy )
You won’t hear me say real estate is passive income —
But you will hear me say it’s a fantastic path to building long-term wealth.
My mission?
To inspire more women to invest in real estate.
That’s why I’m starting to teach courses specifically designed to help women learn and grow in this field.
If you know a woman who wants to learn about real estate and grow in this world — send her my way!
I’d love to speak with her.

Yes, that’s me practicing handstands.
I’ve been training for six years — and I still need the wall. The fear is still there.
But I’m working through it, patiently. I know that one day, I’ll be able to do a handstand on my own.
And for me, that will mean I’ve conquered fear.
Yes — even at 59, I still have goals and dreams.
And I hope that at 95, I’ll still be working on handstands, still striving to grow, and still giving to others.
Thank you for reading — I’d love to connect,
