New Agency

Post #5: A New Agency is Born

“Nothing ever lasts forever.” – Echo and the Bunnymen

One of life’s biggest truths is that nothing is permanent.

As entrepreneurs, we have to evolve constantly. Adapt or be left behind.

I had three incredible years with that Florida wholesale company.

We grew a lot together, and it made me a much better marketer—not just in real estate, but in general.

💡 One Big Lesson: SOPs

One of the most valuable things I learned during that time?

SOPs – Standard Operating Procedures.

For anyone who doesn’t know:

An SOP is a clear, step-by-step system for how to complete a task. It helps you work consistently, train new team members easily, and reduce mistakes.

A good SOP doesn’t just bring order—it massively increases your chances of success.

But… as we said:

Nothing lasts forever.

Fast forward to early 2024.

I’m on a video call with my boss, sitting in Swaziland during a cross-continent trip.

He shares that they’re restructuring, and my compensation is being cut.

No hard feelings.

Business is business.

They had their own challenges, just like we all do.

But for me, I knew: the countdown had begun.

And by March 2024, we officially parted ways.

Campaigns paused.

And I? Back to square one.

💡 Entrepreneurship Tip #4:

If you don’t take action willingly, life will force it on you.

As entrepreneurs, we can’t ignore movement.

We either pivot on purpose—or get pushed by circumstances.

Rebuilding

I took two months to reset.

Luckily, crypto was booming—so I had financial breathing room.

I played with a few new niches—like music marketing (a longtime love of mine)—but I kept circling back to a familiar idea:

Helping real estate pros win online.

That’s where my experience is.

That’s where my joy is.

And it’s what I’ve delivered results in for over a decade.

Back to My Zone of Genius

So, I started laying the groundwork:

✅ A refined workflow

✅ Methods built on everything I’d learned

✅ A system ready for real clients

Then, I wrote a single Facebook post—maybe some of you saw it.

I shared my story, my experience, and invited people to message me if they wanted help running Google Ads campaigns.

And the response?

Dozens of DMs.

Some weren’t a fit—either they had no budget or weren’t set up properly (no CRM, no website, no funnel).

Some said no.

But some… said YES.

I began managing campaigns hands-on.

Bringing a mix of:

Personal experience

Real-life intuition

Data from top marketers in the space

I’m talking about names like Adwords Nerds, Nick Perry, Sean Terry, Chris Chico, and dozens of trainings and videos I’d studied.

I was a one-man agency—but that one man brought leads, contracts, and real revenue.

When my first client (outside my inner circle) told me they had closed contracts from the campaigns—

and those contracts turned into actual income—I was moved.

But when that same client crossed $100,000 in revenue in under 6 months?

That’s when I knew:

I’m back.

And I’m building something real.

A business that blends:

Entrepreneurship

Investment strategy

Wholesaling wisdom

Digital marketing mastery

A business where I speak the same language as the client.

💡 Entrepreneurship Tip #5:

Document everything that works—and build systems to repeat it.

That’s the real asset that fuels sustainable growth.

So what exactly are we doing now in this agency?

And what do I offer new clients who come aboard?

That’s what I’ll reveal in Post #6.

See you in the next post!
