Who Am I Anyway And Why Should This Interest You

If you’re in real estate—whether you’re an investor, wholesaler, flipper, or agent—this series might give you new ideas, real insights, and maybe even open the door to a future collaboration.
Let’s skip the fluff and get straight to it:
I’m the founder and lead strategist at I-Solutions, a digital marketing agency that specializes in running performance-driven campaigns for real estate pros—investors, agents, wholesalers, flippers, and developers.
Originally from Rishon LeZion, Israel, I’ve been living in Krakow, Poland for the last six years. (Yes, there’s a story there—long one.)
But really, I’m a digital nomad—working remotely, building online teams, and running campaigns across borders for over a decade.
Since 2013, I’ve been location-independent and lucky enough to visit over 80 countries (and counting).
And it all started with a deep passion for freedom—freedom to live and work on my own terms, and freedom to turn curiosity into a career.
My Two Passions: Digital Business & Real Estate
The story begins back in 2008.
Fresh off post-army travel through India and the U.S., I was stuck in random sales jobs with no real direction—until I stumbled across a life-changing book:
“Rich Dad, Poor Dad.”
That book blew my mind open.
It introduced me to entrepreneurship, investing, and eventually to a now-defunct Israeli program called Cashflow College, where I took every course I could get my hands on—Google Ads, affiliate marketing, eBay stores, newsletters—you name it.
I couldn’t afford all the classes, so I volunteered to run Cashflow game nights to earn credits. I learned, networked, played—and by the end of 18 months, I had completed the entire program.
That same year (2009), I launched my first Google Ads affiliate campaign promoting personal development products, opened an eBay store (back when eBay dominated e-commerce!), and landed a job—zero experience—at a top Tel Aviv media agency running huge campaigns in the gaming space, with monthly ad budgets in the hundreds of thousands of pounds.
My life was about to change, for real.
Fast Forward to 2012: Real Estate Enters the Chat
Armed with some savings and a family inheritance, it was time to take the next leap: investing in real estate.
But for me, there was only one destination worth considering—the U.S. (especially in the post-2008 housing crash era).
After months of research, networking, and Zooms with dozens of developers, I partnered with another Israeli and we bought our first property in Decatur, GA (metro Atlanta), from a local wholesaler.
1700 sqft
3 bed, 2 bath
Section 8 tenant paying $925/month
All for $69,000
We formed an LLC, opened a U.S. bank account, learned what a HUD statement was—and I experienced the magical moment of getting paid without doing a damn thing.
That was it. I was hooked.
Not just to own one property and move on—this was clearly the beginning of a much deeper journey.
The Merge: Real Estate Meets Digital Marketing
In the posts to come, I’ll share how—over years of highs and lows—those two worlds (online marketing and real estate) slowly came together.
I’ll show how digital campaigns can be a goldmine for real estate professionals when done right—whether you’re sourcing off-market deals, building a brand, or attracting investors.

(Without realizing how many slaps in the face were coming first.)
See you tomorrow for Post #2, where I’ll talk about the early marketing mistakes real estate pros make—and how to avoid them like a boss.
