When I started thinking about what to write, I remembered that about 7 years ago I was already “Entrepreneur of the Week” here. Back then, I was at the very beginning of my entrepreneurial journey—and a lot has happened since…

I’m Idan, married and a proud father of three princesses!
About half a year ago, our entire family relocated to Atlanta and started an intense and exciting relocation journey here.
I’ve been active in U.S. real estate for over 10 years. Over the years, I’ve worked in and continue to work across multiple areas: rentals, flips, wholesaling, new construction, commercial, and industrial—each at different levels.
Today, I’m also a co-owner of a property management company in Ohio that manages around 200 properties, more than 150 of which are owned directly by us. In the past, I used to think that quantity was the most important thing. Today, I see things a bit differently… and we’ll talk about that this week!
In addition, I co-host the podcast “U.S. Real Estate at Eye Level”, where my partner Efi Danieli and I talk about everything—no filters, straight and honest, and always at eye level 🎧
This week, I’ll be focusing on everything related to building an income-producing real estate portfolio.
We’ll talk about the idea behind portfolio building, how to do it correctly, how to finance all this fun—and more.
Everything will be shared openly and honestly, with all the truth on the table, including (and maybe especially) the things many entrepreneurs don’t really want you to know…
