Summary Of The Week – And What Really Matters In This Way

#EntrepreneurOfTheWeek – Post #6

Weekly summary — and what really matters on this journey

This week gave me the opportunity to pause for a moment and reflect on the path we’ve taken.

I shared here about the world of Tax Sale, about how we build a portfolio in DFW, about land, about choosing the right areas, and about the way we approach investments.

But if I had to distill all of it—it’s not really about a specific method.
It’s about the way you think.

A lot of people enter real estate looking for quick answers:
Where to invest? What to buy? How to start?

Over time, I realized those are just opening questions.

What truly determines success is:

  • How you make decisions
  • How you choose deals
  • How you operate when things don’t go according to plan

There isn’t one “right” method, and there isn’t one path that fits everyone.

The market changes.
Different periods require different approaches.
What works is knowing how to adapt—and not getting stuck in one way of doing things.

For us, this shows up in a few key ways:

  • We don’t operate with just one strategy
  • We don’t chase “deals”
  • We don’t get excited by numbers that only look good on paper

Instead, we:

  • Choose areas carefully
  • Build a balanced portfolio
  • Combine multiple strategies
  • And know when to walk away from deals that don’t fit

And the truth is—the best deals we’ve done weren’t the most exciting.
They were simply the right ones.

From this journey, today we also operate beyond just our own investments.

We:

  • Help entrepreneurs enter the Tax Sale space
  • Guide investors through the process of acquiring properties in DFW
  • Work with early-stage entrepreneurs who want to take their first step—but do it the right way, with out-of-the-box thinking

We truly believe in sharing knowledge and helping others.
Anyone choosing to enter this world—it’s better to do it right.

I know how confusing this space can be at the beginning—how much information there is, and how easy it is to get lost between different “methods” and trends.

Real estate is not one deal—it’s a journey.
And those who build it נכון—enjoy it over the long term.

Wishing all of us quiet days and peace of mind.
And happy holidays!
