    יקר בטירוף. בוא עם כל הכבוד לאמזון ( ויש כבוד…) זה לא צריך להיות שיקולי עיקרי להשקעה. צריך עוד גיוון תעסוקתי. לדעתי המחיר מגולם מזמן ומנופח ברמות על דירת חדר. מה גם לנכס מסוג זה הוצאות hoa מטורפות. אני בדעה להשקיע בסינגל הום באזור מגוון צומח איכן שה”חלום האמריקאי” כלומר דיירים משפחה שיכולה לשלם שכ”ד גבוה. בדירה זו אם יש צורך בתיקון הוא יעלה בדיוק כמו תיקון בבית אז זה בהחלט משנה כמה אתה מכניס מזה בחודש. כשיש תיקון אין הבדל בעלותו אם מושכר ב800 או ב1500 התיקון יעלה מה שיעלה אבל למשקיע יכאב יותר…
