כך. בדרך כלל משעושה את זה קבלן או טיטל. אצלי למשל אתה מגיש לעריה והם מאשרים. בדרך כלל כולם אוהבים לאשר מדופליקס לסינגל אבל אלה עם זונינג הוא ממש לא מתאים אז הם בדרך כלל מאשרים אוטומתי, אבל לוקח זמן לתהליך וזה תלוי בעריה. למשל יש מקומות בסינסינתי שזה יכול לקחת עד 6 חודשים בגלל עומס בעריה אבל רוב המקומות זה עד חודש. אני רק פעמיים עשיתי את זה וכל פעם בעזרת טייטל או קבלן אז לא יכול להרכיב על זה יותר.
מעבר לזונינג… יש את כל עניין הפרמיטים שיכול להיות חתיכת מועקה.
אהלן Alex Khodnev זה תלוי מחוז, בעיקרון זה תלוי בzoning שבו נמצא הנכס ובמידה וה zoning שונה אתה צריך לעשות תהליך שנקרא rezoning במחוז
אבל זה מאוד תלוי במחוז ותלוי נכס, יש נכסים שיותר קל לעשות את זה ויש שיותר קשה, די דומה לשינוי יעוד בארץ.
יש גם מחוזות (כמו המחוז שאני נמצא בו ) שאם יש נכס שהוא דופלקס והוא עמד ריק יותר מחצי שנה הוא אוטומטית הופך לסינגל פאמלי.
