Hello to all forum members.
My name is my uncle Ardot, 22, a soul entrepreneur, who has been in real estate for the past two years.
I started my career in real estate as a realtor in the country and like many others I was exposed to the US real estate market.
In the last year I worked for a well-known company in Israel and even invested through them as a passive investor in private properties in Cleveland. In order to specialize in the field and become an active investor. I spend many hours a day researching and learning the field. I must point out that the forum contributed a lot to strengthening my thinking and contributed a lot to the action itself.
This Friday I'm flying for the first time to Cleveland, I have only two weeks and my goals for the trip are to get a deeper understanding of the market, and familiarity with professionals and team members.
