US or Israel - Where to invest?

Hi how are you? I would very much like to hear from you an explanation of the whole issue of the transfer of funds between Israel and the United States, is there a tax on it when buying a property that I transfer money from Israel? And the opposite is true that I transfer money from there to Israel, am I also exposed to any taxes here? How does the rent or sale money go?
Have a lovely day and a Shabbat Shalom

  1. You can transfer money directly to Teitel (but the bank asks questions) or you can use money transfer companies (such as Clearshift and Kobarsi). That you transfer to these companies you transfer money to their bank account in shekels in Israel and once they see a transfer in Israel they transfer from their US account to the target account). In the transfer of funds to the United States there is no tax, the tax is on profits and not on transfers. The money from renting comes from a thought management account back to Israel. My recommendation is to open a US bank account so that the rental money will go in there
