Encore post. short.
I promised to write at least one more and by word must stand. So it is.
Let's go for a classic start.
Many years ago, in a wonderful country called Israel, I wrote my thesis as part of my studies. It is common at the end of the thesis to add a list of thanks to all those who deserve them and those who do not deserve them, but still have to indulge in them. I wrote a personal dedication to each according to his contribution, but the emphasis was different: Thank you to the cleaner, to serve those in the kitchen who care about coffee. For some reason this surprised the examiners. I thought it was most natural. It seems to me that doing a two year thesis with a full tin is uncomfortable.
I thought a lot about what to write. Tell me again about some interesting deal I made? Preach in what direction of study or training? Film recommendations are possible too but this is on another occasion, but then I came to enlightenment. It was clear to me what was right to do, and there was only one thing left to do. Find time to write.
Post an excerpt to those who allow this whole thing to happen. They deserve it, they are behind the scenes and the work they do is just a shame about the time.
The first is poetry. Unequivocal. She has been suffering and enjoying me and me for over a year now. What price do you put on it? 20 year. Started studying together, living together working together. 20 year stuck to each other in the back and still fun for us. The role of poetry has changed over the years. She was responsible for advertising in the past and was so good at dominating Craigslist in the good old days. They would know her by name and would call her to take off gear because no one would give a job like her. She was later responsible for searching and gathering information, managing the firm and today she manages all the assets at day-to-day level. It's a piece of work. It's three kids and I'm on top of it. I'm not exaggerating saying nothing of what I did would have happened like without it.
The other is the partner, Avi Acadri. He is our space man. Running between houses, troubleshooting, caring for tenants, meeting with professionals. It's amazing! When the light is turned off, there is an aura around it. There are not many pure souls like him. A man who is all kind and honest. Stunning. My father's talent is relationships. He could walk a block and when he got to the end he talked to everyone, knew their life story and two were already closed for dinner on Friday at his house. No matter who you are, he manages to connect with everyone. It's pretty amazing. And I managed to catch him. How lucky am I?
Business is a team sport. It is possible and desirable to build a supportive and helpful environment around you. There is just too much to do and too much to know. Do you know "lonely without a future without hope without a dream"? Scoop: Zohar really sang it after his first deal.
No truly successful person does it alone. It's just spent possible. Warren Buffett? The partner is named Charlie Munger. Ever heard of him? A good partner completes you, backs you up and drops you lightly when you make a joke. Not bad but to get better next time. Helps you to be better. He's the Scottish Pippen to your Michael Jordan. And vice versa.
Affiliates are not easy to find, and even though I feel very fortunate, I have come across as unsuitable partners on various occasions. Then separate, nicely if possible, and move on. In Barcelona, too, players are switching, that's legitimate. The important thing is not to throw away. The one that didn't work once doesn't mean it won't work the next time. should try. Be careful though, but try to cooperate. With collaboration and partnership you will have more, more successful and no less important, you will have who to celebrate when possible. Because what is success if there is no one to share it with?
One last thing and I'm done. Make sure the partners know that you love and appreciate them. Give them the credit in public, buy them gifts, say thank you. Many times and loudly. they deserve.

There is nothing like my father #1
Good post! It is also important to know how to make a difference!
Do you work with my father? You're right, man and of course his wife Dikla! Dikla Ben Lulu
Excellent and important post!
On occasion I would love to hear about movie recommendations, I have already begun to go through the books 😉
Oh my father, one of the lovely people!
