    תלוי באסטרטגיה השקעות אבל לדעתי לא ולא. לא הייתי גר שם מסיבות שונות אבל מנקודת מבט של משקיע גם לא הייתי רוכש שם.
    אני משקיע לטווח ארוך ובלאי הבית בגלל הים מסביב יהיה גבוה, בנוסף יהיה קשה יותר מהבתים אחרים להשיג דיירים.
