Are homes overpriced in the Bay Area
I plan on buying, and I’d like to buy soon, but I get
discouraged when I look at home prices and the sales history. I see
lots of homes that are up to $500,000+ more than they were 6-9
years ago. And I keep hearing how overpriced they are. I wouldn’t
feel like I got a deal buying a home that cost $600,000 but just 7
years ago it sold for $220,000. Will prices ever go down? House
hunting is sure depressing in this pricey atmosphere.
