Hello everyone 👋
My name is Tomer Menashe, and I’m happy for the opportunity to be here as “Entrepreneur of the Week.”

I’ll start with a short summary for those who are short on patience 😉
I’m an active real estate entrepreneur who decided it was time to create one central place that brings together all the financial, accounting, and bureaucratic solutions for operating in the U.S.

So what will you learn this week?

And now, for those who really want to get to know me and my work 🙏🏻

I entered the world of U.S. real estate almost by accident.
At the time, I was working as a financial consultant at two companies simultaneously, and through exposure to global investments, I came across an opportunity here in the United States.

The numbers looked too good to be true.
But as always, I started researching.
I checked, went deeper, and realized that everything was real.

I decided to take a big step.
I took a close friend from home — who still works with me today in all of our ventures — and we flew to the U.S.

At the beginning, we worked as laborers in every sense of the word.
Painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical work.
We did everything — both to truly learn the field and to make a living.

After some time, we bought our first property.
We renovated it with our own hands, and from there everything started rolling.

One of the biggest problems we encountered along the way was the lack of accountants who truly understand the needs of Israelis operating in the U.S.

In most cases:

They don’t respond to messages on time

Or they speak in a high-level, condescending language and don’t really explain things

My partner and I, who came with an accounting background from Israel, decided to take on the challenge.

We interviewed dozens of American CPAs with experience in real estate taxation, and today we employ several of them directly within our company.

We work in partnership with banks and even serve as official representatives of one of them in Israel.

For us, customer service comes above everything else.
Every client receives a one-on-one call with either me or my partner.
We explain the entire process in detail and answer every question that may arise.
