There are investors for whom the management company is the light and the innocent, and as soon as the property is transferred to its management for them it is "live and forget"
This approach is fundamentally flawed, since we as investors must understand how the management company operates, what its interests are, and who it maintains.
More than once the management company feels "that the cat is asleep", the mice start celebrating, and we should not allow that.

How do you work with the company that the property is empty. This, in my opinion, is the most difficult issue? What else can they do but reduce prices? If this dead period of winter much can not be done even for free.
