Post Friday,
It is almost finished and towards the end I will be happy to talk about the little things that will help us sell the house faster and more expensive.
I do not work in Europe and therefore do not know the European target audience but definitely know the American buyer well.
To understand the standard American buyer, you have to do something very simple - watching TV.
Have you heard about the HGTV channel? (Image file)
Anyone who has not heard that he will track on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or buy the channel at $ 16 from the cable company.
HGTV is home channel DECOR and DO IT YOURSELF.
The channel broadcasts all interior design programs, flips, garden design, do-it-yourself and more.
The broadcasters and the programs turned into rocasters within a few years.
As of 2015, the channel is ranked third in terms of viewership
82% of the American population has a TV at home and has the channel accessible.
They dictate what IN and OUT.
Many couples watch the shows and determine what their dream home or the house they want to rent will look like based on the information from this channel.
So without too many unnecessary words, here are some ideas that adding them in any home for rent or sale will speed up the process and even affect the price for the better:
STAND ALONE BATHTUB:
A designed bath that is not attached to a supporting wall but stands on shaped legs (also without). The faucet comes directly from the floor and rises above the bath usually in a rounded shape. (Attached picture).
Price: $ 500- $ 1,000.
FARMHOUSE SINK
A large sink is usually white or black. What is different in this sink is that the marble does not surround it but that it is larger than the cabinets themselves and its end (ie, where we stand and share tools) is the sink itself, not the marble. (Attached picture).
Price: $ 400- $ 800
WATERFALL FAUCET
A water tap whose opening is open from above so that the water runs a little on the faucet before falling off. (Attached picture)
Price: $ 30- $ 100
BARN DOOR
As it is, a barn door.
A sliding wooden door that gives a rustic character and enlarges the space of the room because it moves on the wall.
Most of these doors are installed in the master room. Recently you can see these doors either at the entrance to the master room itself or the entrance to large spaces like SUNROOM. (Attached picture).
Price: $ 200- $ 800
POT FILLER
A folding faucet that sits above the stove and helps to fill pots. You do not have to work harder under HGTV. You have to buy a house with a faucet installed on top of the hob and life is beautiful. (Attached picture)
Price: $ 200- $ 600
OVER THE STOVE BACKSPLASH
So it is always recommended to install BACKSPLASH (Buck Splash) in the kitchen to add character and color (tiles that sit between the marble and the upper cabinets or up to the ceiling).
But it is now recommended to install a splash buckle in a different color or other material above the stove. The reason - this area gets dirtier and absorbs smoke and smells but the truth is that it simply breaks the color in the kitchen, adds another element of design and sanctifies the stove as if they were the center of the kitchen. The splash bar above the stove will usually be darker than the other Splash in the kitchen. (Attached picture)
Price: $ 0.6- $ 5 for Square Foot.
I would also like to hear about effective Cost Ideas that will help the property to sell quickly and at the right price.

Another excellent post by Yuval Bartal. We have definitely not talked about this channel in the forum yet - the channel that everyone in the US is talking about. Information is definitely important because this channel sets the mindset of many of the buyers.
