US or Israel - Where to invest?

Friends, less than a week ago Doron Avitan uploaded an innocent post of a real estate course in the US under my guidance and the truth is I did not expect so many inquiries that almost filled the entire course. Doron was a student of mine and an active investor who took the course 20 steps forward and today after his retirement this is his main occupation - accompanying investors alongside building a profitable real estate portfolio for him and for them. Doron suggested that I take the same course he passed but this time in a webinar that includes 7 sessions in which I will explain and teach you step by step how to buy real estate in the US from choosing an investment area, how to search a team in the field, how to analyze a transaction, how to bring transactions below market price. I taught these courses that I used to live in Israel thousands of students every year, some did nothing (unfortunately) some bought a house and some turned it into a business.
