What is the connection between getting up early and achieving goals

If you research in depth all the successful people you will notice that everyone gets up early and even there are those who get up very early but why are they actually doing this?
They do it to suffice as much as possible while everyone else is still asleep,
While everyone else is still asleep they have completed almost all of their tasks and goals for the day and can accomplish even the goals of the next day or take a little rest and enjoy the moment.
But how can we do it in the most appropriate way that suits us?
When is it right to get up so that we have time to improve ourselves and be more than all the other people who are still sleeping?
So it does not really matter when we get up
5:00
6:00
7:00
No matter what we do once we get up!
This is what will make the big difference for us!
Do I get up and just open the phone to log in to check Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp
Or I get up and do what's really good for me and my body stretching / some sport / meditation / hear or read some book
This is what will give us the personal development and so we can be better and more efficient.
In addition we will set goals and do the hardest things early in the morning, studies show that we humans are much more focused in the morning and much more creative!
Of course there are those who will say I can do it in the evening at noon but between us they just put it off and do nothing in the end,
And even if not and they really will do it in the evening it will not be the same…
In general why postpone if it can be done now ?!
Yes, it is very difficult to get up early and persevere like this for a while in order to really get results, so how can we be a little easier on ourselves?
Just go to bed earlier… if needed also at 22:00
So when do you get up tomorrow morning to get everything done before everyone else and improve yourself and your body?
