"The most difficult thing is the decision to act, everything else is nothing but stubbornness" - Amelia Earhart.
Wow, what fun I had this week!! How many comments how much support!!
I really liked doing it and maybe it will even lead to a breakthrough where I'll start posting more on Facebook, who knows.
So what did we have here this week?
We talked about the fact that there is no such thing as a "perfect" deal, there is a good deal and a bad deal and you need the wisdom to differentiate between the two. A deal leads to another deal and another relationship and a lot more hands-on experience and learning which will ultimately lead to better deals.
Fear is just a feeling and everything else is what we make of it. We can harness the fear to work for us or we can turn it into an excuse not to move on. The power is in our hands and everything that happens after that is our responsibility.
When you leave the point of "I don't have" then there won't be either. The universe listens to words as well as our mind. If we tell our brain all the time that "there is no", that it is "not allowed", that it is "impossible" it will eventually believe us and so will the universe. Every problem has a solution, you just have to find it. And there are no ready-made solutions because not all problems are known in advance. Sometimes you have to go with life and deal with what comes in the best way possible.
You don't have to be afraid to go out as a sucker or you might be worked on. If you stop for a moment you will realize that it is in our lives regardless of real estate. There will always be someone who will try to tilt the odds in their favor and that's fine, that's their right. It is our job to learn to take better care of ourselves. If they succeeded then we have more work to do.
The path to all success stories does not happen in one day. It involves lessons learned and mistakes made and many sacrifices for that person's personal goal. At the end of the day, if you want, you find a way, if you don't, then you find an excuse. Many of the great and successful people here started from exactly the same place of nothing and grew into something great and amazing because they started going and did not give up even when it was difficult and impossible and even when they made a mistake and failed big time.
I'm not saying that everyone should now throw everything away and become real estate entrepreneurs, but if we've already gotten here and learned and read it's a shame to let human psychology, fear or other people stop us. Why give a third party the right to take control of our lives.
I was happy to write here this week, I hope I have started to create value and help someone and I will be more than happy to continue helping.
