There is no choice but to sacrifice.

Getting ready to write a "list of goals and objectives"? great. Only when you finish don't forget to write what you are willing to sacrifice for them.
In recent years, I have gone through a maturation process that made me realize - the bigger my goals, the more I will have to sacrifice.
It's been two years since...
I work 12-13 hours every day in the middle of the week and 10 hours on Saturday. Sunday evening starts working at 6 to prepare for the new week.
I went on several "vacations" but I always worked while doing so. The body is on vacation, the head is not.
I stopped exercising regularly
less healthy food
Less time with family
Few if any friends.
By and large, I sacrifice a lot of my time and energy for the good of the business.
Obviously, it is possible otherwise, and we are on our way there. But I don't see how in the first two years you can grow fast without sacrificing significantly the longevity you were used to.
Then…. Don't feel poor when everyone else is going to the beach or going out
for a drink and you work.
