#Innovator of the week # Post 6
Wow what a week. A lot of interest, phone calls, questions and answers...it's definitely fun to give value and share and if I've contributed to someone even in a small way, then that's great.
Here I gave an overview of the real estate that accompanied us throughout our lives.
I've seen a lot of things in real estate, tenants who left dirt, vandalism, a house burned down by a tenant, contractors who ran away, theft in houses, management companies that "get confused" with the charges. There is interest and challenge in every deal and I feel that I'm always in a learning process and never boring.
I haven't found the perfect contractor, the perfect management company, the perfect house, etc., etc., so there is somewhere to aspire :)
At the same time, as I wrote in one of the posts, real estate gave us significant leaps in life.
I didn't tell about the mental side which is part of the way, be positive, trust but check everything, you can be afraid but it won't stop you, think about the goals and what is important to you, work with integrity, transparency, think about the other side, give the investor more value than he thinks , be authentic.
The process of writing the posts for me gave me a picture of the path we took and I am proud of that, I really learn from every challenge that happens to me and from everyone who is on the way.
