My name is Yuval Perry, a social real estate entrepreneur in Ohio, and in recent years I have been helping people who want passive income to do it with as little risk and hassle as possible.
A few years before engaging in real estate, I was engaged in financial sales for several companies to a European audience. I learned the difference between a person who sells another product and an influential person. In the first company, I went through a baptism of fire designed to discover the ability to influence in me, and indeed the ability arrived, but precisely then I realized that if I don't see a tangible result that I helped others, it is no longer suitable for me and with people who live in a get-rich-quick movie, it will not happen.
..and then I became aware of real estate investments in the US and immediately realized that I had come to the right place, because if people who don't have money continue to invest and lose, then in real estate I can help those people who don't have it, turn around and start earning every month just by allowing them to stop paying rent and own the property they live in.
Since I had no real estate knowledge, I decided to go for an expensive and good study program with a close mentor in Project X. This was in 2018 to learn all the basic knowledge and to experience the improvement deal. What interests me is changing the standard of living for tenants through real estate and allowing them to get out of the rat race.
Great, so what do I do if they don't teach it?
I decided that I stop being an employee and allotted myself half a year to discover a way to give a high life-changing value to the tenants and earn significantly more, than a regular rental or I go back to being an employee.
I researched the field on my own, got feedback from tenants about the problems they have with regular house rentals and developed a way that would make them the owners of the property.
The key to success existed because I followed my passion regardless of what I learned in the course and that is to identify tenants who want to change their lives and no one sees it and does not help them, they have no savings for their family, no money and the banks do not give mortgages in many areas.
I decided I would pick up the gauntlet for them. And the rest is history.
Today, I am after 27 boutique transactions, which are like 81 normal rental transactions, in a process that includes the purchase of a property, a light renovation and finding a suitable tenant to sew a deal that fulfills the American dream and makes him the owner of the property.
