Remember the annoying sentence of the teacher/parent who comes to preach morals to you and tells you just to know that "attitude begets attitude"? So when we were little we weren't really impressed (unless they took away our candy, turned off the TV or put us in a corner) but the truth is that this sentence is so true, and real estate in general is not really houses, numbers, sqft or excels (as if It is (but more than anything it's people!!!
And the sooner you understand it and know how to use it to your advantage, the more you will earn!!!
(Not to mention the bonus of spreading good in the world and good karma)
It is indeed excellent to be analytical and to know how to analyze at the level of micro data points that will eventually affect a significant percentage of your balance sheet, but without the ability to activate people in your favor it may not be able to continue and grow in the way you expect and want.

And in order to be in this situation, start from today to build around you the best team you can and compliment them, with kind words, with the smallest gestures, for example we send around Christmas/New Year a small gift to our teams and we can say with a full mouth that it may cost us Tens of dollars per person, but this not only doubles or triples the cost, but exceeds it by tens of meters...
We also treat our tenants with respect and give them a proper and good place to live, although we do not renovate for top dollar, but it is important to us that the house be and look like a "home" and attract quality tenants who are willing to pay a little more and more importantly, keep it like "their home".
