Here is Barak Zur with the sixth and last post in my series of posts as an entrepreneur this week
Thank you for taking the time to read my posts, it really goes without saying.
So what did we have this week?
I introduced myself and my story to try to show everyone that anyone can no matter what their starting point is.
I talked about the economic crisis that the State of Israel is in as a result of the war that was forced upon us and the importance of this crisis because of our low starting point at the beginning of the fighting and how important it is to wake up and start investing now in stable foreign currency linked real estate.
Then I explained about options for active investment in real estate and a little about my experience with these options.
We mentioned the importance of people to wrap our operation and some partners can help us move faster.
And after special requests, I mentioned passive investments, what it actually means and what options there are.
For some time now I've been receiving a lot of vacancies and questions from people with and without a background at all who don't know where to invest and how to invest, so I decided to solve the problem for them and you with the help of a few ways that are still under construction but already now you can take a look and follow so you don't miss anything:
A unique podcast about real estate investments around the world (Greece, Bulgaria, Georgia and more) that will host Israeli entrepreneurs who will tell us about themselves, the process they went through and what is unique in their market and of course many more difficult questions whose answers will help you decide where you want to invest.
A YouTube channel that will contain a lot of content related to American real estate, if that's your direction. A channel that will give you a lot of information and confidence to start doing it yourself, even if you are looking for passive or active investments.
