I started my journey in the USA somewhere, who is counting on 01.01.2021 1,107 days ago. Since then, a double-digit tax of units has been carried out.
Appreciate the opportunity to have the right to write about myself, what I experienced and a bottom line to give value to the group (I.e.
Why real estate?
Personally, I was enthusiastic about the idea of ​​leverage.
I remember that a few years ago I watched an American YouTuber named Kris Krohn, he showed how from money to one house he makes about 5 houses and from there rolls into another 10-15.
The idea of ​​how to increase the capital in a significant way suddenly seems possible before the eyes. Later I didn't know that this was what I would be doing. But it probably sunk into the subconscious and became a reality later on.
Real estate for me is like a game of Monopoly.
I keep trying to remind myself of that. it's a game. Why? Because then you don't forget that what's really important is to have fun. Don't take losses too hard. Play smart, consult, learn the rules and over time you will understand how to take smart enough moves to generate real value from the action that will also lead to an advantage.
I think the ultimate goal is to do good to people.
And as realtors it is to make others increase their capital and even more than that to give them as much financial peace as possible which will lead to an improvement in life and not the other way around.
My dream is to lead a significant change through social initiatives in things that are close to my heart that I would like to develop.

In conclusion, I believe like Tony Robbins "The secret to living is Giving" even before I made my first deal I always believed in giving as much as possible. It will come back to you somehow and even if it doesn't, then it will do someone else good.
