Introduction Post
Hello everyone, and thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself.
This will be a short introductory post, and over the course of the week, I’ll be posting daily content that I believe can provide value from a real estate agent’s perspective.
My name is Zion Achvan, I’m 39 years old, divorced, and a father to two amazing daughters, ages 8 and 6.
I live in Nashville, TN, and I’m a very well-known real estate agent in the city.
I work in both residential and commercial real estate, and I have a very diverse experience. I work with regular buyers and sellers, short- and long-term investors, funds, and of course contractors and developers on development projects. As you can tell, I absolutely love what I do and work 24/7 with passion.
I’m very direct and don’t tolerate talking in circles or overcomplicating things.
I am strictly an agent, but the best one you can get, and I don’t pretend to know markets I have no connection to or give myself unnecessary titles.
