When Forbes ranks the best real estate cities and we work in two of them (Cleveland and Jacksonville), then the direction seems to be right.
The choice was according to the excellent economic situation, lots of jobs (emphasizing the huge growth in Cleveland), demand for non-excessive housing and prices.
All places marked are a destination for successful rental.
Writer Ingo Weinzer (a veteran consultant who also deals with real estate for retirees and has a well-known radio program) says that it is now best to move quickly.
